Oomph Sports – Return & Exchange Policy

• Products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be in new, unused condition and not heat-molded.
• If shoes have been heat molded but remain unused, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unused, and non–heat–molded shoes.
• Products showing cleat marks, heat molding, or any sign of use will incur a 20% restocking fee.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.

• Products that are used (ridden in, worn outdoors, or damaged) are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Clearance, closeout, or items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
